Instituto El Sembrador — “Training Hearts to Serve”

El Sembrador means “The Sower,” and that truly captures the heart of this program. This is not only a school—it is a greenhouse for leaders, servants, and Gospel carriers.

In our first phase, five committed students said “yes” to deeper discipleship, ministry preparation, and hands-on training. Together we have studied, prayed, laughed, grown, and ministered side by side.

They are learning:

• Biblical foundations

• Leadership with humility

• Servanthood as a lifestyle

• Ministry in real communities

• And how to carry the love of Christ wherever they go

One of the highlights was serving together with a mission team, going into communities like Abelardo Rodríguez, Cintalapa, and Arriaga—where our students didn’t just learn… they lived the Gospel.

Phase two begins January 13—and we are expectant for what God will do next.
